Our story
The directors running small EIDBI centers are some of the most committed people we've ever met. They're also doing the jobs of five people — director, QSP, HR manager, credentialing coordinator, and IT department — simultaneously.
The tools available to them were either expensive enterprise systems built for hospital networks, or cobbled-together spreadsheets that nobody had time to maintain. Neither worked for a 12-person center trying to keep up with DHS requirements while actually serving clients.
So we built AbilityOS. Starting with the compliance dashboard, then adding AI-assisted note documentation, then scheduling, then audit export — every module shaped by real feedback from real center teams in Minnesota.
After working alongside Minnesota EIDBI centers, we saw the same struggle everywhere: capable teams buried in spreadsheets, missed credentials, paper trails, and last-minute audit panic.
